Warrenty Coverage
Biraaj Products are warranted against manufacturing defects and tarnishing by an official warranty.Our Product are warranted under a 6 months warranty, while Products are warranted for 1 year.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by:
- Excessive wear.
- Lack of care.
During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Biraaj to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.
Biraaj will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either 1 time
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced.
- refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.
biraaj shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Biraaj. A replacement product will not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Biraaj property.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to stainless steel pieces manufactured by Biraaj. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by
- accident
- abuse
- misuse
- misapplication
- use of non-Biraaj products.
Do not expose your non-316L stainless steel Biraaj pieces to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:
- liquid silver polish
- pools
- hot tubs
- salt water
- spas
Do not sleep in the non-316L stainless steel pieces. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Biraaj piece. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your piece.
